Beaver Brook, November 28, 2021

It was a beautiful late fall day for our orienteering event at Beaver Brook. We had over 60 groups  start on a full slate of courses. There were some close results on the very popular Red Course. The Webb family pulled in the fastest times on 3 courses (Tor on Yellow, Lukas on Orange, and Pia on Green). We had many newcomers, some being Beaver Brook regulars.

As always, thanks to Eva and Alar Ruutopold for all their help- control hanging, registration, instruction, control pick up. Thanks to Darrell Scott for jumping in to help when we were a bit overwhelmed. Thanks to Steve Tarry and JJ Cote for control pick up. Special thanks to Beaver Brook Association for letting us use their yurt (a new venue for us) and their conservation property.
