Enter Bear Brook State Park from Deerfield Rd. at the campground sign (don’t stop at the beach area). Pay per-person park fee at booth (age 1-5 free, age 6-11 $2, age 12+ $4, NH resident age 65+ free). Shortly past the booth, turn right into the hike/bike/ski parking area.
