Mine Falls, Nashua, NH

Mine Falls Park is a hidden gem, with a maze of trails through the woods along the river and canals. It’s relatively flat, but offers interesting navigation.

There will be a range of courses offered, from beginner to intermediate to advanced.  We will have White, Yellow, Orange, Tan, Brown, Green, and Red.  It’s a perfect area to improve your skills, since the mapped area is bounded by fences and water, keeping you from getting too far off course.

There will be a registration form and the fee is $5 or $10 for adults, depending on which course you choose.

The meet registration starts at 10. Instruction is always available upon request, or we’ll have a group instruction session at 10:30.

This event is outdoors and will happen rain or shine. Please bring a compass if you have one. If not, you will be able to borrow one. Bring your reading glasses if you need them to see the map and/or read the compass. Please dress to be out in the woods for a couple hours. A small pack with snacks and water might be appreciated. Trail shoes or hiking boots are recommended.

The courses close at 2:30, so plan your time around that.
