Ski-O at the Holderness School – phenomenal trail network
Members and friends of UNO – Ski Orienteering at the Holderness School XC trails in Holderness NH on Sunday February 23. Fantastic trail network and good snow cover (as of the day this was written…)
Four point-to-point courses and a Score-O will be offered:
- Course 1 – Beginner, ~2.9 km shortest skiable distance (SSD)
- Course 2 – Intermediate, ~ 5.6 km SSD
- Course 3 – Advanced, ~ 7.9 km SSD
- Course 4 – Advanced, ~ 10.1 SSD
Distances subject to change. Snowshoers welcome. Mostly wide groomed trails, some narrow trails for the longer courses.
2-hour time limit, 1-hour time limit for Score-O.
Pre-registration requested.
But, if you forget to pre-register, come anyways!! Payment at event is acceptable – cash or check payable to ‘Up North Orienteers.’
