Tentative Agenda:
- Discussion on Boulder Dash 2021 – should we have this in 2021, or postpone until 2022? Do we need to decide now or can we wait until spring?
- Boulder Dash key positions.
- Options for local BYOM type events – how can the club support & encourage more of these? NEOC has been very active in this realm – what can we learn from them?
- Treasurer’s Report
- Under what circumstances would we consider holding a one day, no-contact, local event?
- Finances and budget for next 2 years
- Elections of Officers- should we continue from last year, as this has been a different kind of year?
